    Danny Bradley is the culinary mastermind behind The Chef’s Hearth, bringing over 18 years of experience in professional kitchens, menu development, and high-end dining. From leading test kitchens and developing new recipes to training chefs in world-class restaurants, Danny’s expertise lies in crafting exceptional meals that delight the senses and elevate any gathering.

    With a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, Danny has honed his skills at renowned establishments, including Walt Disney World’s California Grill and Darden Restaurants' Seasons 52 test kitchen. His passion for food extends beyond cooking—he meticulously designs flavorful, seasonal menus tailored to each event, ensuring that every dish is both innovative and comforting.

    DESIGN DIRECTOR

    Paul Stewart is the driving force behind the design and planning at The Chef’s Hearth. With a passion for creating warm, inviting spaces and a deep appreciation for the artistry of food, he ensures that every dining experience is thoughtfully curated from start to finish.

    A collector of cookware and culinary tools, Paul finds joy in exploring new techniques and experimenting in the kitchen, always seeking ways to enhance the dining experience. His roles range from event designing and implementation to assisting Danny in the kitchen. He focuses on the details that make each gathering feel effortless and unforgettable.
